Usage: depending on the desired level of hair lightening, mix the lightening powder with the emulsion Welloxon Perfect Pastel 1.9% or Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9%, 12% in a ratio of 1:1.5 or 1:2. If contact with the scalp is possible, an activator no stronger than Welloxon Perfect 6% is recommended. Distribute the product evenly on dry hair. The duration of the product depends on the quality of the hair and the desired level of hair lightening.
