As a result, the printer runs extremely quietly and stably, and the surface quality of the models remains excellent - even at high speeds.Professional extrusion systemThe new direct extruder with filament positioning sensors ensures accurate material flow and feed control. It uses hardened steel gears capable of working with carbon fiber-reinforced filaments. A hotend with a flow rate of 40 mm³/s enables printing from a wide range of materials, while the modular design and magnetic cover facilitate quick head removal and maintenance.Stable construction and precision mechanicsThe printer's frame is made of durable aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, which guarantees rigidity and resistance to vibration. The steel X-axis guide features high precision and durability, and the dual Z-axis system supported by four linear rods ensures excellent stability of the work table movement without layer shifts. A camera located on the nozzle regulates the flow of material in real time and detects potential blockages.
