The cat flap can be installed in doors, walls, or windows, allowing your pet to come and go at any time. You don't have to interrupt your activities to let your furry friend out and then watch for their return to let them back in. Additionally, this model features an access lock for uninvited animals. The flap allows entry only to those cats that have a microchip registered in the flap's memory. When a cat approaches the entrance, the built-in microchip reader scans the number from the microchip implanted in your pet's body, and if it successfully identifies the number, it releases the access lock. Other animals outside the house cannot move the flap or pass through the opening. You can register up to 25 cats. The flap is compatible with the most common type of microchips implanted by veterinarians, namely the 15-digit FDX-B microchip.
