Gears of War: E-Day Premium Edition includes: Gears of War: E-Day Game Key Bravo Squad Signature Weapon Pack Five Seasonal Customization Packs Get ready for War with Gears of War: E-Day __GAME_PLATFORM__ key The Coalition takes the franchise back to its roots with an origin story fourteen years before the original Gears of War, rebuilding everything from the ground up in Unreal Engine 5. It's a linear, character-driven campaign that puts fan-favorite duo Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago at the center of the single worst day in Sera's history, with the same actors – John DiMaggio and Carlos Ferro – returning to voice them. Emergence Day Begins Six weeks after the end of the Pendulum Wars, the Locust Horde erupts from beneath the planet and launches a surprise attack on the city of Kalona. Marcus and Dom, along with squadmates Mags Carter and Lucas Reyes, form Bravo Squad and fight to protect civilians as their world collapses around them over the course of three days. Gears Combat, Rebuilt from Scratch The signature cover-based shooting returns with a completely reworked movement system, adding sprint-sliding, jumping, and expanded climbing on top of the classic Gnasher-and-Lancer gunplay. Every asset – characters, weapons, sound, and the city itself – was built new for this game rather than carried over from earlier entries. Two Origin Stories in One E-Day isn't just about the start of the Locust War – it's about the brotherhood between Marcus and Dom before either of them became the icons fans know. Longtime players have always known them as war-hardened veterans of the Locust conflict, but this game finally fills in the gap: who they were before the chainsaw Lancers and legendary status.
