This mini pancake pan was made of wear-resistant cast iron. The pan heats up slowly but retains heat for a long time. This mini pancake pan has been heat treated so it is rust and scratch resistant. The pan withstands high temperatures and gives your pancakes a delicious, crispy crust. This cast iron skillet is sturdy and perfect for use on any heat source. The pan can be used on an induction hob, open fire or in the oven (up to 250 ℃). Using the pan: To prevent food from sticking to the bottom, it is important to follow these instructions: Before cooking, take the ingredients out of the refrigerator to bring them to room temperature. Place the pan on the heat source. Allow the pan to heat slowly over low heat. Add oil or butter only when the pan is hot. Melt the butter until it stops foaming or until the oil is warm. Let the ingredients that stick to the bottom cook gently without trying to loosen them. If necessary, reduce the heat of the fire a little and calmly wait for the food to come off the bottom by itself.
