ERG mode allows you to set a target power in the range of 30-100 W – the device then automatically adjusts the resistance to your cadence. This allows you to consciously monitor your progress and adjust the intensity of your workout to your abilities.Pedaling in two directionsThe device allows you to pedal forward and backward, engaging different muscle groups. Forward movement supports circulation and calorie burning, while backward movement reduces stress on the joints, ankles, and spine.
