During the dyeing procedure, the lanolin contained in the emulsion moisturizes the hair, while the proteins and natural lipids in the dye nourish, soften the hair and give it a healthy shine. Usage: Hair coloring products Wella Professionals Color Touch are intended for professional hair coloring. Oxidizing emulsion Wella Color Touch is recommended for use only with Wella Color Touch and Wella Color Touch Relights line hair dyes. Hair dye and oxidizing emulsion are diluted in a ratio of 1:2.
