Sega Motorsport Manager PC

Motorsport Manager is the game to try for anyone who is more interested in the backend of the motorsport world instead of driving the cars on the track. In this game, you will have to hire drivers and staff, build cars, make sure they are optimized for each individual race and settle on the tactics you want your drivers to use. Even when the race starts, you're not off-the-hook because there will be countless decisions to make to make sure that your team's car is the one to cross the finish line first.
