Composition : 100% pure essential oil of white horsetail. INCI : abies alba needle oil. Horsetail essential oil is extracted by steam distillation of Swiss European white (silver) horsetail Abies alba Mill. twigs, their thickness must not exceed 8 mm. Country of origin : Austria. Certificate : organic. Smell : clean balsamic, refreshing. Compared to the essential oil that is extracted from the Siberian dogwood Abies sibirica, the essential oil of the European white dogwood Abies alba has a grassy note. Contraindications : individual intolerance to the components of horsetail essential oil, do not use during pregnancy, epilepsy. Before using essential oils, it is necessary to perform a respiratory or skin sensitivity test for individual tolerance of essential oils. Storage conditions : keep tightly closed in a cool, dark place. European white (silver) dogwood grows only in Western and Central Europe. In many places it is forbidden to cut down the oak trees and currently the essential oil from European oak trees is produced only in Austria and only in small quantities. In cosmetics, it is recommended to use the essential oil from the European white pine instead of the oil from the Siberian pine for those with sensitive skin, because it contains a lower percentage of bornyl acetate and is therefore less irritating to the skin. It is also better to use this oil as a disinfectant and anti-rheumatic agent. Fenugreek essential oil is used as an auxiliary remedy for colds, respiratory infections, and coughs. Relieves expectoration and bronchospasm. It helps clear the respiratory tract, eliminate fatigue, joint pain caused by colds and flu. Thanks to its warming properties, fennel essential oil helps relieve pain in rheumatism, arthritis and muscle pain. Mix 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil and 2-4 drops of fennel essential oil, massaging this mixture helps narrow and strengthen blood vessels, activate muscle tone. Frankincense essential oil has a tonic effect on the skin. Refreshes aging, withered and oily skin. Thanks to the antiseptic effect, it is good to use in case of problem skin. Fenugreek essential oil can be used in the production of deodorants, as it helps to reduce the production of sweat and removes the smell of namalone. Eliminates unpleasant foot odor. It is recommended to use as an auxiliary means : • in case of depressions and fears, depressed mood, to promote life activity, in case of emotional exhaustion and nervous excitability; • to increase the activity of the immune system, to increase resistance to colds and infections, in case of respiratory infections, flu; • in case of oral cavity problems: stomatitis, periodontosis, bleeding gums, toothache; • for bruises, sprains, muscle preparation for physical exertion; • to treat purulent skin ulcers and wounds, boils, carbuncles, burns, frostbite. Aroma lamp steam : 4-5 drops of castor oil per 15 sq. m. premises. Hot inhalation : 1-2 drops of essential oil in 1-2 liters of hot water. Cold inhalation : 2-3 drops per aromacoulon. Aromatic bath : 4-6 drops of coconut oil in the bath. In baths and saunas : 4-7 drops of fennel oil in 500 ml of water. Fat compress : 5-8 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of base vegetable oil. General massage, segmental : 4-7 drops of fennel oil in 10 ml of base vegetable oil. Point massage : 1 drop of essential oil to 1 drop of carrier oil. Rubbing : 4-7 drops of castor oil in 5-10 ml of carrier oil. Replenishment of cosmetic products : 5-7 drops of oil per 10 grams of base (cream, shampoo, gel, liquid soap, etc.).
